Description:
Vent tube device:
When a chemical reaction occurs in the cell, the gas generated inside will gather in the vent tube through the vent hole and the upper and lower openings,
which helps gas dispersion and ensures the balance of air pressure inside the cell to avoid safety issues such as overheating, liquid leakage, and explosion.
Safety valve device:
When the internal pressure reaches 1.2-1.6 Mpa, the anode tab and the cap will be disconnected to stop the internal chemical reaction of the battery; when the
internal pressure reaches 1.8-2.2Mpa, the safety valve will be opened and the gas will be expelled to avoid the risk of explosion.
